1. Scope of Services

We provide compliant negative review removal services for Amazon listings. We do not guarantee outcomes or timelines.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customer represents information provided is accurate and lawful. Misuse voids any obligations and may result in termination.

3. Fees and Credits

Fees are due only for successful removals unless prepaid credits are purchased. Prepaid credits are non-transferable and refundable per plan policy.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

No chargebacks. Contact support to resolve billing concerns. Formal disputes follow the process below.

5. Data and Access

We access only what is necessary to perform the service. Access can be revoked by the customer but may affect the service.

6. Availability and Compliance

Service may be unavailable occasionally. We are not responsible for marketplace decisions or policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the lesser of three months of fees or $1,000. We disclaim indirect or consequential damages.

8. Indemnity

Customer agrees to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse or inaccurate information.

9. Termination

We may terminate for breach. Sections relating to limitations, indemnity, and dispute resolution survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing law: Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions).

11. Changes

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
